Why am I not receiving invoices?

Invoices are automatically sent once a transaction has been completed; however, this function can be turned off in the options menu. Check whether you have invoice emails enabled under ‘Update Account Details’ in the ‘Options’ tab. 

Also, double check the email address you have on your ParkMate account. This is the email account that the invoices are being sent to and if the email is different this may be why you aren’t receiving them.
